    2. Managing Difficult or Disruptive Audience Members
    3. Handling Mishaps (Tech Failures, Memory Lapses, etc.)

    5. Walking Among the Audience: Space Awareness

    Week 4: Mastering the Moment

    1. How to Make the Audience Active (Polls, Games, Tasks)
    2. Using Multimedia Effectively in Presentations
    3. Managing Long vs. Short Sessions
    4. How to Appreciate and Praise the Audience
